Loan Process
STEP 1 Arrange appointment for free consultation by calling (02) 9707 8988
STEP 2 During the consultation we recommend a loan structure to best suit your circumstances.
STEP 3 We complete the Loan Application Forms & submit to the chosen Lender and get Loan Approval in principle.
STEP 4 Unconditional Loan Approval is granted when the Lender is satisfaied with the valuation on your relevant property, and any other conditions stated in the Loan Approval in principle.
STEP 5 You are advised that you and your solicitors can proceed to Exchange of Contracts.
STEP 6 Lender will send you a "Letter of Offer" or "Loan Contract", stating the Terms and Conditions of the Loan. You must read through this document, sign, and return it to Lender. You are recommended to get legal advice if you don't understand the contract.
STEP 7 Your solicitor and the Lender will work towards settlement on the property. If there are any outstanding questions or information, we remain available to assist you.
